All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods or new collection drops, processing may take an additional day or two.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, Hauz of Her is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.
